Principal's Message
Welcome to Taylor County Intermediate School!
We are so glad you are a part of our school community! I am Donna Williams, and the 2022-2023 school year marks my eleventh year as principal. TCIS is a 3rd-5th grade school with an outstanding staff. We strive to create a safe, nurturing environment for our students, while also holding them to high expectations.
We embrace our district's mission, "At Taylor County Schools, we set high expectations and work together to help all students succeed." Our staff works daily to meet the individual needs of students, and we strive to build relationships with students and families. Students receive the instruction and resources needed to be successful now and in the future.
TCIS offers several extracurricular activities, such as academic team, Junior Beta, cross country, track, archery, Cardinal Chorus, Student Workforce, Cardinal BRANCH after school program, Equity and Excellence Team, and a variety of youth sports. As you can see, there are many opportunities to get involved at TCIS!
